- Penne Noodles250 g
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Milk200 ml
- Margarine2 tablespoon
- Wheat flour2 dessert spoon
- Sour cream1/2 can(s)
- Grated Mozzarella to taste
- Pepperoni sausage or chopped and fried bacon to taste
- Margarine2 tablespoon
- Cook the penne in salted water until al dente.
- Once cooked, drain and sauté in 2 tablespoons of margarine.
- White sauce: Sauté the onion in margarine until translucent, then add the milk and salt.
- When it starts to boil, dissolve the wheat flour in a little milk and mix it in the milk that is boiling.
- Stir until thickened
- Turn off the heat and add the cream and mozzarella.
