- Penne in white sauce: 500 g of Penne Macaroni 2 cups (tea) of milk 2 tablespoons of wheat flour 200 g of bacon cut into larger cubes. 100 g of smoked pepperoni chopped into larger cubes1 and ½ cup (tea) of cooked and chopped broccoli 1 medium carrot, diced 1 medium onion, chopped 2 tablespoons of butter 4 cloves of garlic ¼ teaspoon of nutmegSalt and parsley to taste.500 to taste
- Preparation mode In a pan, fry the bacon in butter, add the carrots and broccoli, sauté and set aside. In the same pan, melt the other tablespoon of butter and brown the onion and garlic. Add the wheat flour and stir constantly until golden. Add the milk, nutmeg and salt, lower the heat and let it simmer until it thickens. Keep stirring constantly so the sauce cooks evenly and doesn't clump. Add the bacon and vegetables and stir. In another pan with boiling salted water, place the Rigatoni and cook until al dente (8 to 10 minutes). Serve the pasta, put the sauce on top and sprinkle green smell to taste. Enjoy your food!
