- Penne Pasta500 g
- Squeezed Garlic3 unit(s)
- Olive oil3 tablespoon
- Dried parsley2 dessert spoon
- Clean shrimp (I left the tail)1 kg
- Squeezed Garlic4 unit(s)
- Lemon with herbs (dehydrated)1 dessert spoon
- Chili Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Vinegar2 tablespoon
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Small chopped onion1 unit(s)
- Wheat Flour4 tablespoon
- Whole milk700 ml
- Box of 4 cheese sauce200 ml
- Nutmeg1 teaspoon
- Grated Parmesan Cheese50 g
- In a pot of boiling water, add salt and pasta.
- Cook until al dent and drain.
- Heat the oil in a pan, place the garlic and let it brown slightly, add the cooked pasta, the dehydrated parsley, mix well, add to a refractory and set aside
- In a heated pan put the olive oil, the prawns little by little, turn for a few minutes until they are pink
- Remove them from the pan, place them in another bowl and repeat the process until finished and set aside.
- In the same pan put the butter, onion, wheat flour, mix well until you form a little cream.
- Add the whole milk, the 4-cheese sauce, the nutmeg, the grated Parmesan cheese, mix well using a whisk until it thickens
- Place the prawns, turn this sauce over the pasta, cover with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven until browned.
