- Penne Noodles500 g
- Margarine4 tablespoon
- Large chopped or grated onion1/2 unit(s)
- Minced Garlic1 dessert spoon
- Whole milk1 l
- Wheat flour3 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Nutmeg to taste
- Canned cream1 unit(s)
- Grated Parmesan Cheese50 g
- Fresh frozen peas1 cup
- Cooked and shredded chicken (thigh and drumstick or breast)500 g
- Diced ham400 g
- Cook the penne pasta in salted water until aldente! (take care not to soften too much) Drain and rinse in cold water. Reserve.
- In a large pan, sauté the onion along with the garlic and margarine until lightly browned.
- Reserve a glass of the milk and pour the rest into the pan and let it boil!
- Dissolve the wheat flour in the reserved milk and pour it into the pan with the boiling milk. Lower the heat, stirring constantly with the fowe, cook for about 5 minutes.
- Add the Parmesan cheese, chicken, ham, peas and cream! Wait for it to boil again! Season with salt, nutmeg and black pepper.
- Arrange all the pasta in the pan with the sauce and mix well! Serve!
