Milk powder1 cup
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Sour cream1 can(s)
Boiling water1/2 cup
Penne Noodles500 g
Mozzarella cheese300 g
Grated Parmesan Cheese1 cup

In a medium saucepan, heat the butter over medium heat. brown the onion
Add the powdered milk and water, the cream, mix and cook over medium heat until a thick sauce is obtained.
Add the cheeses, adjust the salt and add the pepper. Reserve.
Cook the pasta according to package directions, drain and place on a plate or platter.
Cover the pasta with the sauce, sprinkle some grated cheese to decorate. Serve immediately. Enjoy your food!
