- Borussia Pepperoni150 g
- Bacon50 g
- Butter01 tablespoon
- Seasoned Olive Oil02 tablespoon
- Traditional Heinz Tomato Sauce01 unit(s)
- Fresh cream1/2 cup
- Salt to taste
- Medium white onion01 unit(s)
- Small Red Onion01 unit(s)
- Grated Parmesan Cheese02 tablespoon
- Chop Borussian pepperoni sausage into small pieces
- Chop bacon into small pieces
- In a non-stick skillet place 1 tablespoon of butter to melt.
- Add the chopped sausage and bacon to the non-stick skillet to fry.
- Chop the white and red onion into small pieces
- Add chopped white and red onion to non-stick skillet
- Add seasoned extra virgin olive oil
- Sausage, bacon and onions well sautéed add traditional tomato sauce
- Stir the sauce until the mixture starts to boil.
- Bring water to a boil in a pan and add salt to taste.
- Add the penne rigate pasta to the boiling water and let it cook.
- In the skillet with pepperoni sauce off the heat add fresh cream and stir until homogenized.
- Drain penne rigate pasta, place in non-stick skillet with sauce and mix well
- Finish with 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan
