- Penne500 g
- grated cheese1 unit(s)
- Diced ham200 g
- Milk200 ml
- Maizena1 tablespoon
- Butter1 g
- Sour cream1 unit(s)
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic1 unit(s)
- Nutmeg to taste
- Salt to taste
- In a pan, melt the butter, sauté the garlic and the onion.
- Put the milk and cream
- Mix
- Put the cornstarch and stir
- Season with salt and add grated nutmeg to taste.
- When it starts to thicken, turn it off and add the ham.
- Cook the macaroni, drain
- Pour the pasta into the serving dish and pour the sauce over the top.
- Sprinkle with grated cheese
