- Beans already cooked220 g
- Salt to taste
- Bay leaves, paprika, black pepper to taste
- Tomato Pulp4 tablespoon
- Olive oil to taste
- Pepperoni to taste
- Water qb to taste
- Egg per person1 unit(s)
- Clove Garlic1 unit(s)
- Onion 1/21 unit(s)
- Parsley to taste
- Cook the penne in water with a little salt and a drizzle of olive oil. Reserve
- In a pan put the oil, the chopped onion, the pepperoni slices and let it sauté. Add the tomato pulp and seasonings and let it come to a boil.
- Add the beans and a little of the cooking water, bring to a boil and add the penne.
