- Penne250 g
- Broccoli300 g
- Milk500 ml
- Wheat flour1 tablespoon
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Parmesan cheese to taste
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Nutmeg to taste
- Cook the penne according to package directions.
- In a pan, melt the butter, add the flour and stir well until it foams and starts to brown. Add the milk and stir over medium heat until it thickens. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
- Chop the broccoli and put it in a pan with a little butter. Give it a light stir. Season with salt.
- After draining the water from the pasta, add the broccoli and mix gently.
- Pour the white sauce on top and sprinkle grated Parmesan!
- A quick and delicious meal!
