- Cherry tomato (one box)350 g
- Gorgonzola cheese350 g
- Mozzarella cheese200 g
- Box of sour cream1 unit(s)
- Dried Basil, Oregano and Black Pepper to taste
- Penne pasta500 g
- Cook the pasta in salted water and set aside.
- In In a large pan put olive oil to taste, the chopped garlic and brown, without letting it burn.
- Add the tomatoes, cheeses, basil, oregano, pepper, cover the pan and leave on low heat until the tomatoes soften.
- After the tomatoes have softened, mash them and incorporate with the cream, stir everything until smooth and let it boil.
- After boiling, add the macaroni. Serve hot and with a red wine to accompany.
