- Penne500 g
- Gorgonzola200 g
- Wheat Flour3 tablespoon
- Milk Cream1 unit(s)
- Milk1 cup
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic Clove3 unit(s)
- Salt, Nutmeg and Oil to taste
- Green Smell30 g
- In a pan, bring water to a boil with salt, then cook the penne until al dente.
- In another pan put a drizzle of olive oil and add the onion cut into cubes, the crushed garlic to brown. In a mug mix the milk with the wheat flour.
- Add this mixture to the pan and mix well. Put the gorgonzola cheese in small cubes to melt in the sauce. Always mix.
- Put nutmeg and salt, mix. When the sauce is thick, turn it off. Put the penne in a refractory and add the sauce on top and then the green smell.
