- Penne Noodles250 g
- Gorgonzola Cheese250 g
- Cherry Tomato400 g
- Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
- Oregano to taste
- Basil to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Place the tomatoes and garlic cloves on the platter, season with salt, oregano and olive oil. Add the chopped Gorgonzola cheese in the center and bake at 180ºC for 35 minutes.
- In a pan, boil 2.5 liters of water, after boiling, add salt to the pasta and mix, cook for approximately 6 minutes. Drain and rinse under running water to remove excess starch.
- Remove the dish from the oven and mix everything until it becomes a paste, add the basil and the pasta and mix.
