- For the meatballs, in a bowl place the ground beef, chopped onion, minced garlic, salt and seasonings of your choice. Mix very well to get the seasonings well. After seasoning the ground beef, make balls of ground beef, and bake in the oven or in the Airfryer, if you prefer, you can fry the meatballs. Once ready, book.
- For the pasta, in a pan, add water and bring to a boil. Then add the pasta and let it cook for up to 8 minutes, check the preparation method on the package if you are in doubt about the cooking time. Once cooked, drain the pasta and set aside.
- For the sauce, in a pan, add a thread of oil or olive oil, brown the onion, then the garlic, and add the chopped tomatoes, and wait for a muchada, soon after, add the tomato sauce, salt, seasonings to taste . I always add a dessert spoon of sugar to the sauce to remove the sourness. Add to the sauces, the meatballs already ready, let it boil for 2 minutes.
- In a refractory of your choice, place the pasta and add the sauce with the meatballs on top. Mix very well. If you prefer, add parsley or parsley and serve.
