- ricotta300 g
- milk1/2 l
- medium onion1 unit(s)
- butter2 tablespoon
- salt and pepper to taste
- finely chopped ham100 g
- grated cheese50 g
- Cook the penne in salted water, drain and set aside.
- Grate the onion and brown in butter.
- Beat the ricotta, the milk, the onion sautéed in the butter, the salt and the black pepper in the blender. Add the ham pieces, but in the whisk.
- In a refractory, alternate layers of penne and cream, finishing with cream.
- Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven until golden.
