- Shitake250 g
- Milk500 ml
- Wheat1 tablespoon
- Salt and pepper1 to taste
- Sour cream200 ml
- Parmesan cheese100 g
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic3 unit(s)
- Chives1 to taste
- In a pan put the pene to cook in boiling water with salt and a drizzle of olive oil. Let it cook for the time specified on the package.
- In a frying pan, place the shitake cut into strips with a thread of olive oil and a spoon of butter, let it fry well until it withers. Season with salt and pepper and put aside. In the same skillet, add a little more oil or butter and add the onion and garlic, let it sauté well. Add the spoon of wheat flour, fry it and gradually add the milk, until it becomes a very thick white sauce. Let the sauce cook for about 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and add the already sautéed shitake and the cream.
- Mix the pasta with the sauce and finally add the chives and Parmesan cheese and enjoy
