- Penne500 g
- Butter80 g
- White Wine90 ml
- Sicilian Lemon Juice2 unit(s)
- Sicilian Lemon Zest1 unit(s)
- Grana Padano cheese200 g
- Parmesan Cheese100 g
- Fresh Sour Cream500 ml
- Black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Cook the pasta as directed by the manufacturer.
- In a pan, melt the butter with a drizzle of oil.
- When the butter starts to brown, add the wine and mix for a few seconds.
- Then add the lemon juice.
- Add the grated Grana Padano and the lemon zest.
- Add the fresh milk core.
- Let it boil for a few minutes to thicken. And add the black pepper.
- Turn off the heat and add the finished pasta and grated Parmesan cheese and mix until the cheese melts. If necessary, add salt to taste, but the cheese is already salty.
