- Unleavened Wheat Flour5 cup
- Warm water2 cup
- Sugar3 tablespoon
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Biological Yeast10 g
- Mozzarella cheese100 g
- Grated pepperoni3 unit(s)
- Oregano to taste
- In a bowl place the eggs, oil, warm water, sugar, salt, yeast and wheat. Mix everything very well.
- The dough will be soft and a little sticky, don't worry, it's just like that.
- Then add the pepperoni and cheese.
- Transfer to an already greased baking dish, cover with a cloth and let it rest for 1 hour, the dough will double in size.
- Sprinkle oregano on top and bake at 180°C for 30 minutes or until golden on top.
