- Unleavened Wheat Flour4 cup
- Sugar1 tablespoon
- Bread Yeast10 g
- Warm water300 ml
- Oil4 tablespoon
- grated cheese1 tablespoon
- Grated and fried pepperoni2 unit(s)
- grated small onion1 unit(s)
- In a bowl, mix oil, sugar, yeast and the lukewarm sharp, mix everything until the yeast dissolves.
- Add the grated cheese and wheat flour little by little, sip for 10 mins or so.
- Fry the grated pepperoni and add the onion, mix and let it cool a little.
- Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and add the pepperoni stuffing, roll it up like a rocabole and place it in a bread pan greased with butter and flour.
- Brush with egg yolk and sprinkle sesame or oregano on top.
- Let the bread rest for 30 mins or until it doubles in size.
- After that time, bake in a preheated oven at 180º for 25 mins.
- A simple and easy bread, as well as delicious.
