- Grated parmesan cheese to taste
- Cream2 tablespoon
- Peel, chop and cook the potatoes (without salt)
- Chop the pepperoni into small cubes, the blind and the garlic into slices
- Cut the slices of ham and mozzarella into cubes
- Saute the pepperoni, onion and garlic and set aside
- When the potatoes are cooked, pass them while still hot through a juicer. I had some pumpkin left over from lunch that I juiced together.
- Mix the cream into the mashed potatoes and season to taste.
- In a refractory greased with olive oil, place half of the potato dough
- Place the slices of misarella cheese and add the pepperoni and ham filling and cover with the rest of the potatoes
- Sprinkle the grated cheese and place in the oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes until the cheese turns golden.
