- Recipe
- Wheat flour400 g
- Olive oil40 ml
- Warm water240 ml
- Organic Dry Yeast8 g
- Salt8 g
- Pepperoni to taste
- Mozzarella cheese to taste
- Tomato sauce to taste
- Oregano to taste
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients until you get a uniform dough.
- On a CLEAN surface, knead it until it forms a uniform ball so that it no longer sticks to your hands.
- Let the dough rest for about 20 minutes until it rises.
- Knead it again and form a ball with the dough.
- Roll out the dough with a rolling pin so that it forms a disk.
- Place the dough, after opening, on a lightly greased baking sheet ONLY with wheat flour.
- Put the dough in the oven at 180°C and let it get slightly golden (this step takes about 10 minutes, depending on the oven);
- Remove it and add the tomato sauce, cheese or the filling of your choice. NOTE: For pizzas with a sweet filling, tomato sauce is not added.
- Put it back in the oven (at 180°C) to finish baking.
