- Wheat flour with yeast4 cup
- Catupiry200 g
- Cheese500 g

- Tomato sauce100 g
- Add the milk in a container add the salt, sugar, butter and mix well. Add the wheat flour, stir the dough until it comes away from your hands. Let it rest for two hours.
- With the help of a rolling pin, stretch the dough in a greased shape with butter, then place the tomato sauce, onion, salt on top of the dough.
- Now take it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees, and after roasting, put the catupiry, the cheese and put it back in the oven to bake for 5 minutes and it's ready.
