- Refined sugar80 g
- Salt5 g
- Margarine50 g
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Powdered milk20 g
- Organic Dry Yeast20 g
- Water until set100 ml
- In a bowl, place all the dry ingredients, except the salt, and mix well.
- Add the water little by little, being careful not to lose the point, add the salt and knead the dough. It looks wetter, it can't be that dry.
- I passed it on the cylinder, but if you don't have this tool, just knead it well until you reach the veil point. ⠀ It takes about 10min
- Let the dough rest for 10/20 min until it relaxes and starts to ferment.
- Model as you like and take it for a second growth until it grows 80% of the initial volume.
- Bake in medium oven until lightly golden..
