- Wheat flour500 g
- Margarine quality300 g
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until you get a smooth dough.
- Blacken the bottom of the sides of the board with a part of the dough.
- The filling is up to you. It can be from: chicken, shrimp...
- Top with the remaining dough.
- Brush on top with 1 yolk, using a brush to help.
- Bake in an oven already heated to 180° for approximately 25/30 minutes, or until the dough is fully baked and golden.
