Misture todos os ingredientes em uma bacia, até ficar uma massa lisa.

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until you get a smooth dough.

Ferreira o fundo das laterais do tabuleiro com uma parte da massa. 

Blacken the bottom of the sides of the board with a part of the dough.

O recheio fica ao seu critério. Pode ser de: frango, camarão...

Pincele em cima com 1 gema, utilizando um pincel para auxiliar.

Brush on top with 1 yolk, using a brush to help.

Asse em forno já aquecido em 180° por aproximadamente 25/30 minutos, ou até que a massa esteja totalmente assada e dourada.
