- Cooked rice (white or brown)3 cup
- Oatmeal or oat flakes3 tablespoon
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Olive oil1/4 cup
- Grated Parmesan Cheese3 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Stuffing of your choice. to taste
- Milk1 cup
- Mozzarella50 g
- Beat the eggs, rice, milk, oats (can be wheat flour), olive oil, parmesan and season with salt to taste in a blender. Hit it well.
- Add the yeast and mix.
- Pour half of the dough into a greased and floured shape. Put the stuffing of your choice (I use leftover chicken and cottage cheese). Cover with the remaining dough.
- Place the grated mozzarella or parmesan on top and bake in a preheated oven at 200° for 40 minutes or until golden.
