- Butter500 g
- Oil1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Chicken fillet1 kg
- Tomato sauce1 cup
- Pitted Olives100 g
- Cottage cheese1 unit(s)
- Coriander1 unit(s)
- Pea1 unit(s)
- Oregano to taste
- Lemon1 unit(s)
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- To prepare the pie dough in a large bowl, add the butter and oil.
- Knead with your own hands as soon as the dough is no longer sticking to your hands it is ready
- Take a shape or a pyrex of your preference, assembling the dough on the bottom and sides of the shape as soon as it is lined we go to the stuffing
- Season the chicken with garlic, lemon, salt and oregano in a bowl
- In a pan add a drizzle of oil the chicken let it cook wait for the chicken to cool down to shred it all in the same pan with the chicken already shredded add finely chopped onion pitted olives tomato paste finely chopped coriander and peas and salt to taste
- Let the sauce boil, wait for it to cool and place it in the mold already assembled, the bottom and sides of it add the cottage cheese on top of the sauce and cover with the dough over the mold
- Once everything is covered, brush the top of the pie with the egg yolks.
- Bake in the oven at 180° for 30 minutes when I noticed that the top of the pie was already light brown and ready to enjoy.
