- Stuffing: Chicken breast or drumstick1 kg
- oil4 tablespoon

- mixed seasoning to taste
- salt to taste

- Wheat Flour (to thicken the filling) to taste

- Dough: Mix all the ingredients until they release from the hand. Reserve
- Filling: Pressure cook the chicken with 1 tablespoon of oil, 2 garlic cloves, 1 onion and 1 chicken broth. Cook for 20 minutes, remove the pressure, shred and set aside.
