  • margarine3 tablespoon
  • salt (1 pinch) to taste
  • wheat flour3 cup
  • oil3 tablespoon
  • Stuffing: Chicken breast or drumstick1 kg
  • oil4 tablespoon
  • chopped onion2 unit(s)
  • crushed garlic6 unit(s)
  • canned corn1 can(s)
  • chopped tomato2 unit(s)
  • milk1/2 l
  • mixed seasoning to taste
  • salt to taste
  • green smell1 unit(s)
  • Wheat Flour (to thicken the filling) to taste
  • tanlete chicken broth2 unit(s)
  • cottage cheese2 cup
  1. Dough: Mix all the ingredients until they release from the hand. Reserve
  2. Filling: Pressure cook the chicken with 1 tablespoon of oil, 2 garlic cloves, 1 onion and 1 chicken broth. Cook for 20 minutes, remove the pressure, shred and set aside.

  4. Add the curd, the milk until it boils, then mix the wheat flour until it thickens.
  5. Line a refractory with half the dough, put the cold stuffing, cover the stuffing with the other part of the dough. Bake for 40 minutes on medium heat
