- Wheat flour4 cup
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Sugar1 cup
- Margarine3 tablespoon
- Milk100 ml
- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- Ripe pineapple1 unit(s)
- Sugar for syrup1/2 cup
- Cut the pineapple into slices and arrange on a baking sheet of your choice. Bring the sugar to a boil, when it is golden (be careful not to burn it) add half a cup of water and stir until the sugar has completely melted. Cover the pineapples with this syrup
- Beat the eggs and sugar until foamy, add the margarine and beat for another 2 minutes, add the milk and gradually add the flour until it forms a smooth dough, add the yeast and mix gently. Place this dough over the pineapples.
- Bake at 180° for 40min
