- Mix the wheat flour, the yeast and the salt.
- Heat the water and add it with the oil and mix.
- There will come a time when it will be difficult to mix with a spoon, then you will start using your hands. Knead the dough for about 20 minutes and then let it rest for 30 minutes.
- This recipe makes two pizzas, so divide the dough in two and roll out with a rolling pin. Make holes with a fork in the dough so that it doesn't give air and put it to bake a little, at 180°c, (about 10min) just so it doesn't get raw when you put the stuffing.
- Add the stuffing you want and return to the oven for about 15 minutes or until the stuffing is cooked. In this case, I filled it with tomato sauce, yam cheese, sliced tomato, sliced mushrooms, cauliflower catupiry and basil.
