- Organic Dry Yeast1/2 tablespoon
- Sugar1 teaspoon
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Soybean oil5 tablespoon
- Warm water1 cup
- tomato sauce2 tablespoon
- Mozzarella150 g
- Pepperoni sausage (cut very thin)1/2 unit(s)
- Onion (chopped very thin)1/2 unit(s)
- Oregano to taste
- In a bowl put the flour.
- Dissolve the yeast in the glass of water, gradually add the flour and stir well.
- Add salt to taste and, if necessary, add more flour, until it comes off.
- Let the dough rest for at least 10 minutes.
- In a pizza shape, roll out the dough
- Spread the tomato sauce over the pasta.
- Then the mozzarella, pepperoni, onion and oregano.
- Place in the oven for 20 minutes.
