- Wheat flour500 g
- Cold mineral water300 g
- Refined salt10 g
- Organic Dry Yeast5 g
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil20 ml
- Add the flour on a clean and sanitized countertop, make a hole forming a volcano, add the yeast, olive oil and a little water. Make a ball involving all the yeast and book in a closed pot (Let the yeast ball rest for 30 minutes).
- Then add the rest of the water and mix until the surface of the countertop is clean (adding all the flour). Let the flour and water mixture sit for 30 minutes.
- Start kneading the dough by adding the yeast ball to the water and flour mixture (knead for 4 minutes and let the dough rest for another 15 minutes).
- Finally add the salt to the dough and knead for another 5 minutes.
- Let the dough rise until it doubles in volume (about 30 minutes to 1 hour).
- Portion the dough and open the pizza discs, add the sauce and filling of your choice.
- Bake in a high and heated oven for about 25 minutes (300°C).
- Ready.
