- Instant Organic Yeast2 teaspoon
- Sugar1 tablespoon
- Salt1/4 teaspoon
- Milk powder1/4 cup
- Warm water1 cup
- Oil2 tablespoon
- Wheat flour4 cup
- Mix the yeast (2 1/4 teaspoons, the app doesn't allow you to put that amount), sugar, salt and powdered milk in a large bowl. Add the water (it's 1 1/3 cup, same case of yeast) and stir to mix and let it sit for 10 minutes. Add the oil to the mixture.
- Add the flour, 1 cup at a time, mixing after each addition, until a dough forms and the flour is all combined.
- Turn the dough out onto a flat, lightly floured surface and knead for about 10 minutes. Divide the dough into equal parts (mine makes 4 pizzas because I like it very thin, but if you like it thicker, divide it into 2 pieces).
- Put some oil in the form. Using a rolling pin, roll each ball of dough into a circle and place in the prepared pans. Let rise for 1 to 1.5 hours or until swollen.
- Put sauce, cheese and whatever else you want and take the oven preheated to 200° until the edge is golden.
