- Wheat flour500 g
- Organic Dry Yeast10 g
- Whole milk200 ml
- Oil100 ml
- Salt to taste
- Egg1 unit(s)
- In a bowl, place the flour, salt and yeast. Mix well.
- Bring the milk to a boil until lukewarm.
- Place the milk, egg and oil in the bowl. Mix a lot.
- Now, place the dough on a smooth surface and knead... knead until the dough is smooth.
- After that, put it back in the bowl and cover. It can be with its own lid and a dish towel on top or just a dish towel. Put it in a stuffy place, just to help with fermentation. It can be in the oven or microwave off, for 50 minutes.
- 50 minutes later and the dough has doubled in size. Then, grease the shape you are going to assemble your pizza with oil and roll out the dough. It could be with your hands.
- Note: the filling is at your discretion. I used tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, olives and corn.
- Place in preheated oven until cooked.
