- Oat Flour1 cup
- Olive oil1 tablespoon

- Water2 tablespoon
- Baking powder1/2 teaspoon
- Tomato sauce2 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Mix all the dough ingredients with a fork. Grease a non-stick frying pan with a thread of olive oil and distribute the dough on top (with the help of a spoon, smooth it out until it gets a rounded shape). When the dough starts to come loose from the bottom and gets hard, turn it over. Pour the tomato sauce on top, and fill to taste. Finally, cover the skillet until the cheese melts and the dough is browned underneath. And voila!
