- Blend everything in a blender, except the yeast. If you need help with the spatula, remembering to turn off the blender when using it. When the dough has a smooth and homogeneous consistency, add the yeast, and pulse quickly to incorporate the yeast. Transfer the dough to a greased and floured shape, spreading it well forming a thin layer because in the oven it gains a little volume. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and let's fill.
- Use the one you like! I used half shredded chicken with cottage cheese and the other half bacon, pepperoni and corn. It took me about 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
