- Wheat flour300 g
- Salt7 g
- Organic Dry Yeast10 g
- Skimmed milk powder21 g
- Water180 g
- Olive oil15 g
- Sugar7 g
- Corn starch5 g
- Soybean oil to taste
- Mix the wheat, salt, sugar, starch and powdered milk.
- After mixing well, add the yeast and water. Mix everything well.
- You can use a stand mixer for heavy dough.
- After mixing well, add the oil and stir until it starts to knead.
- Knead for approximately 10 minutes.
- Let it rest for 20 to 30 minutes.
- Separate the dough into 3 balls and let it ferment for 2 hours or until it doubles in volume.
- Roll out the dough with a rolling pin, sprinkling flour on the countertop, but not too much.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C
- Brush the soybean oil all over the dough. Use the tomato sauce you want and make the filling you like.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the pastry is golden and the cheese is melted.
