- Warm water without boiling500 ml
- Instant Dry Organic Baking Powder10 g
- Oil or olive oil50 ml
- Sugar1 tablespoon
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Wheat flour1 kg
- In a bowl add water and yeast, mix until dissolved. Then add the oil, sugar and salt, mix everything and add the wheat little by little until the spoon can no longer move. Transfer to a dry, floured countertop and knead for 8 to 10 minutes. After this process, divide the dough into 4 balls and let it rise in a very warm place for 30 to 40 minutes.
- After that time, open ball by ball, place in a pizza shape, make holes and take it to the oven for 5 to 8 minutes just to bake. If you want to bake together with the stuffing, no problem. Follow the same process, put it in the mold, add the tomato sauce, the stuffing and bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Note: make a sauce to your liking. Use whatever filling you like.
