- sliced mozzarella cheese300 g
- Grated Parmesan Cheese1 cup
- butter1 tablespoon
- Chopped Onion to taste
- Wheat Flour3 tablespoon
- Milk4 cup
- Gorgonzola cheese1 cup
- cream cheese1 cup
- Heavy cream1 can(s)
- Salt to taste
- Nutmeg to taste
- For the sauce, heat a pan with the butter and fry the onion until it wilts. Add flour and fry quickly.
- Add the milk little by little, stirring until it thickens.
- Add the gorgonzola, the cottage cheese, the Heavy cream, salt and nutmeg, mix and turn off the heat.
- For assembly, in a refractory, make layers of sauce, pasta and mozzarella.
- Repeat the layers until you run out of ingredients ending in sauce.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan and bake in a preheated medium oven for 30 minutes.
- remove and serve
