- Garlic2 cup
- Oil3 tablespoon
- In a pan we will add the oil, as soon as the oil is hot add the chopped garlic and stir until the garlic is golden.
- After the garlic is golden, we will add our rice and leave it for 1 or 2 minutes, always stirring so it doesn't burn. Then add salt and water to cover the rice and let it cook for 10 to 20 minutes.
