- With the water boiling, I gradually added the cornmeal and stirred with a whisk non-stop for about 25 minutes, adjusted the salt and added a spoon of butter. She gets creamy. Ragu: I put olive oil, onion and the rib, coarsely shredded and the sausage, without the tripe. I let it fry a little and I already added the chopped tomatoes. I added a ladle of the rib broth, hit the salt and pepper and let it settle for about 15 min. It's delicious!
