- Carrot1 unit(s)
- Parmesan to taste
- Preparation mode Put the water, cornmeal and salt in a pan, take it to low heat and after 15 minutes, put the butter and turn off the heat.
- Cut the zucchini, and steam the carrot, remove and set aside.
- In a frying pan with oil, place the carrots and zucchini to fry.
- Place the polenta and the zucchini on the plate, but the carrots, grate the Parmesan and that's it.
