- Ground or minced ham100 g
- Corn1/2 cup
- Boiled Eggs2 unit(s)
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Black olives to taste
- Mozzarella Cheese100 g
- Oregano to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Tomato sauce to taste
- Prepare the pizza dough in advance (recipe is on my profile).
- Cut the onion into thin slices and set aside.
- Grate the cheese coarsely and set aside.
- Remove the pits from the olives and set aside. You can use pitted olives for more convenience.
- If you can't find ground ham, buy the piece or in slices and chop into small pieces.
- Boil the eggs, peel and chop finely. If you prefer, use a potato masher. Reserve.
- Roll out the dough and cover with tomato sauce (I use about 2 tbsp).
- Spread the stuffing. I start with the ham and then add the corn, onion, oregano and olives.
- Drizzle with a little oil.
- Place in preheated oven. The time depends on the size of the pizza and the type of oven.
- Let it bake until the dough is browned and the cheese is melted.
