- Put the water in a container with the egg, oil, flour and yeast. Mix everything by hand, kneading the dough for 30 minutes so that it is flat and can form the base of the pizza.
- Make the edges with the dough you want, put it later to rest for 3 hours. Then take the tomato, water and hit the blender.
- Spread this sauce on the pizza dough, after resting. Cut the onion, the olives (without the pit), a little tomato, the cheese and the pepperoni, adding it to the pizza with the sauce. Then take the pizza to the previously heated oven (30 minutes before). Leave it in the oven for 15 minutes and the Portuguese pizza recipe will be ready.
