  • White Potato1 kg
  • Butter3 tablespoon
  • Milk1 cup
  • Mozzarella cheese150 g
  • Bacon200 g
  • Catupiry100 g
  • Salt, pepper and oregano to taste
  1. Peel and chop the potatoes. Cook the potatoes in water until soft. Drain the water and mash the potatoes with a fork or masher, mix butter, salt, pepper and milk little by little until you get a puree and divide into two portions.
  2. Cut the bacon into thin slices and fry without oil, browning on both sides.
  3. Mounting Take the first portion of the mashed potato and spread it on a marinex (glass baking dish) making a layer, put slices of cheese and bacon and spread catupiry on top. Cover with the rest of the puree and cheese, sprinkle with the oregano and place in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Enjoy your food!
