- Chicken breast500 g
- Mozzarella cheese100 g
- Start by cooking the chicken breast, after cooking, shred and season to taste. Cook the potatoes until they are very soft. In a container add the boiled and mashed potatoes, put the oil and seasonings to your taste, mix well, add the flour little by little, until you form a smooth dough.
- Cut the cheese into cubes and reserve. Divide the dough into equal balls. Open the ball in your hands and fill it with some of the chicken and cheese. Close making the shape of a ball. Finish by passing the potato ball in the flaxseed flour and take it to the AirFryer for 25 minutes. Or if you wish, you can coat in beaten egg and then in breadcrumbs and fry in hot oil. (But it gets more caloric and less healthy)
