- Organic Yeast22 g
- warm milk285 ml
- Sugar1 cup
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Egg3 unit(s)
- Potato1 kg
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Oil2 tablespoon
- In a bowl add yeast, warm milk, 1 tablespoon of sugar, salt and a little flour just to get the “porridge” point.
- Let the mixture rest for approximately 1 hour.
- After growing, add the already cooked and mashed potato and the rest of the ingredients.
- Mix everything and knead the dough well for about 15 minutes, it should be very smooth and elastic. If necessary, knead longer and add flour.
- Divide the dough and form the buns.
- Brush an egg yolk (optional) and place in the oven. Oven preheated to 200 degrees for approximately 20-30 minutes. They bake fast!
