- Wheat flour350 g
- Sugar2 teaspoon
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Milk2 tablespoon
- Organic Yeast1 unit(s)
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Butter100 g
- Diced Mozzarella150 g
- Tomatoes, skinned and pitted1 unit(s)
- Shredded ham100 g
- Green onions to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Boil the potato, mash and set aside.
- Heat the milk.
- Place the warm milk and the yeast in a blender and pulse twice.
- Pour the wheat into a bowl and make a hole in the middle, leaving the flour only on the sides. Add the blender mixture and the rest of the ingredients.
- Mix everything with your fingertips and knead the dough until it starts to come off your hands.
- Make a ball with the dough and put it in a greased shape, and let the dough rest for 1 hour.
- After resting, open the dough in and place the stuffing, then roll it up like a rocambole, with a knife cut the loaves the size of 3 fingers, place in a greased shape, with a small space between each loaf.
- Beat an egg yolk and brush the breads;
- Bake in a preheated oven at a hot temperature until golden. And then just eat.
