- Wheat flour90 g
- Potato (medium)1 unit(s)
- Melted butter10 g
- Milk55 g
- Salt to taste
- Mozzarella cheese250 g
- Mayonnaise2 tablespoon
- Mix the flour, milk, butter and salt;
- When you turn a dough knead for 5 minutes with your hands;
- Cover the dough with a plastic or plastic film and take it to the fridge for 1 hour;
- Meanwhile, cook the potatoes, mash them and add the mayonnaise (mix well);
- Roll out the dough to about 22 cm in diameter (do not make the dough thick or thin;
- Make the 1st layer with mozzarella cheese, the 2nd layer with all the potato filling and a last layer of mozzarella cheese. Close the dough by pulling the edge of it upwards until all the ends are joined;
- Grease the skillet with butter and place the dough, turn the heat to minimum and cover the pan;
- Let it cook for 5 minutes on each side, if it's not completely cooked yet, leave it longer.
