- Lightly beaten egg1 unit(s)
- Salt to taste1 unit(s)
- Parmesan cheese for sprinkles1 unit(s)
- Chopped small onion1 unit(s)
- Crushed garlic3 unit(s)
- Oil1 tablespoon
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Tomato sauce1/2 unit(s)
- Cup of cottage cheese1 unit(s)
- Chicken breast1/2 kg
- Cook the chicken only in water, it does not need seasoning as the sauce is already well seasoned. After cooking, shred the chicken and set aside. Sauté the onion and garlic in the oil and olive oil, do not let it brown too much. Add the tomato sauce and the chicken broth cube and sauté, stir well until the chicken cube falls apart. Add the shredded chicken and mix well. Add the curd and stir for 2 minutes, remove from heat. Wait for it to cool, put the cooled stuffing over the dough.
